Refunds 

We cannot accept returns once a product has shipped. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@otpeptides.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
